Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales performance and support dealers in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor and follow up dealer daily operations to ensure effective execution, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies, action plans, and countermeasures to improve regional sales performance and respond to market conditions.
  • Coordinate with dealers on local marketing activities and campaigns to maximize sales opportunities and monthly performance.
  • Monitor dealer operational standards including showroom readiness, staff performance, customer data, DMS utilization, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Coach and develop dealer sales capability through role-play, sales guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, campaigns, pricing, and local business movement, and provide regular market insights to management.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, dealer performance analysis, and business updates.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews to strengthen dealer performance and partnership.
  • Support company activities including Motor Show, Motor Expo, and other business events as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales, dealer management, regional sales, or related functions.
  • Experience in dealer network operations and showroom management is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Positive attitude with strong ownership and result-oriented mindset.
  • Able to travel frequently to up-country area
