Location: Thailand (Remote / Home‑Based; willing to travel for client visits across SEA)

Its product portfolio supports a wide range of applications for food, household, personal care, and industrial packaging, with a growing focus on value‑added and specialty film solutions.
As part of its continued expansion in Southeast Asia, the organization is strengthening its regional commercial team to drive market penetration, portfolio diversification, and long‑term customer partnerships.
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Southeast Asia, with Thailand as the operational base.
This is a commercially driven role responsible for developing new business, managing key customers, and expanding the company's presence with converters, distributors, traders, and end‑users. The position requires a strong balance of strategic sales planning, hands‑on customer management, and technical‑commercial understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow revenue and market share across assigned SEA markets
- Build and maintain close relationships with existing customers, ensuring high service levels and long‑term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities, leads, and untapped markets, including portfolio diversification and new product introduction
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pricing and negotiation to order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Technical Service, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance) to support customer requirements and commercial execution
- Forecast monthly demand and contribute to sales planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies
- Provide basic technical and application knowledge to customers regarding product performance and solutions
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management
- Support sustainability, quality, and business‑management compliance within the scope of responsibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for Engineering, Technical, or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior sales or business development roles within packaging, flexible films, or related industries
- Prefer someone who has experience in handling the SEA Market
- Willing to work under contract basis
- Open for only Thai local citizen
- Strong exposure to converter, distributor, and end‑user sales models
- Proven ability to operate independently from a regional or home office
- Solid commercial acumen with strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills
- Comfortable working across cultures and regional markets
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer and market development activities
