Job Description

Hire Digital is seeking a Regulatory Intelligence Consultant based in Thailand or China to support strategic market insights across the medical aesthetics landscape. This role will focus on monitoring competitors, regulatory developments, product launches, and commercial trends within the Thailand / China markets and broader APAC region.

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consulting, or regulatory intelligence who understand the local market and can translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitor activity across the medical aesthetics market, including injectables, fillers, toxins, devices, and skincare portfolios.
  • Track product launches, pricing strategies, partnerships, physician engagement programs, and channel developments.
  • Conduct regulatory intelligence research related to Thai FDA, NMPA, FDA, and other relevant markets impacting Thailand / China / APAC.
  • Analyze competitor approvals, indications, pipeline developments, and market expansion activity.
  • Deliver regular market intelligence reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks within the aesthetics sector.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects, including market entry assessments, competitor benchmarking, and portfolio reviews.
  • Translate complex market and regulatory developments into clear business recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, strategy, regulatory affairs, market access, or commercial roles within healthcare or medical aesthetics.
  • Strong knowledge of the Thailand or China medical aesthetics market.
  • Experience with leading global and regional medical aesthetics companies across injectables, fillers, devices, and skincare preferred (e.g., Merz, Galderma, Allergan/AbbVie, Hugel, Classys, Bloomage, Imeik, and regional peers).
  • Understanding of injectables, toxins, dermal fillers, aesthetic devices, or adjacent healthcare categories.
  • Familiarity with Thai FDA or NMPA regulatory environments; broader APAC regulatory awareness is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Thai or Mandarin required (depending on market focus); strong English communication preferred
