Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) – Job Scope
- Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Provide comprehensive wealth management and investment advisory services aligned with clients financial goals and risk profiles.
- Promote and cross-sell investment products, including Mutual Funds, Structured Notes, Bonds, Fixed Income Products, Private Funds, and Offshore Investments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new affluent clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide timely recommendations.
- Work closely with Product Specialists, Investment Consultants, and Fund Managers to deliver tailored investment solutions.
- Ensure clients portfolios are properly diversified and aligned with market conditions and investment objectives.
- Achieve Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue, and investment product sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, suitability assessments, and internal risk management policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Securities, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience managing HNW/UHNW client portfolios and investment relationships.
- Proven track record in generating AUM growth, investment revenue, and new client acquisition.
- Good knowledge of Mutual Funds, Structured Notes, Bonds, Equities, Private Funds, and Offshore Investment Products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, and asset allocation strategies.
- Excellent client relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Possess relevant investment licenses/certifications (e.g., IC License, IP License, CFP, CFA, CISA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to build long-term client trust and loyalty.
