Job Purpose
To lead and manage luxury residential operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, superior resident experience, and the highest standards of quality, safety, and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of luxury residential properties in line with international standards
- Plan and manage budgets to optimize efficiency while maintaining premium service quality
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and facility presentation
- Deliver outstanding resident experience and service excellence
- Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Manage building systems, engineering, and preventive maintenance programs
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service-oriented team
- Ensure safety standards and manage risk effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and corporate standards
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury residence, high-end property, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership with experience managing premium service teams
- Strong service mindset with understanding of high-end clientele
- Excellent planning, financial, and operational management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good command of English
