This recruitment is conducted globally and applies to candidates based in Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
The Resource Coordinator is tasked with addressing issues raised by freelancers both current and new hires, organizing, and scheduling orientations, and coordinating other resource-related functions such as training and development. His/her work is often focused on helping to improve Freelancer's policies, processes, and practices and recommending changes to Resource Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assesses, recruits, onboards, offboards, and develops freelancer pools (time-coders, translators, editors, voice talents, etc.), and coordinates testing processes;
- Keeps recruitment sheets updated;
- Devise and conduct training programs through online training sessions, therefore refresher courses afterward would be necessary;
- Oversees freelancer evaluations and works towards the improvement of quality and performance;
- Handles payment summary of evaluators;
- Sends external contracts such as Vendor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement and keeps signed copies for reference;
- Announces updates, changes in the workflow, technology, terms, and conditions, etc. to freelancers;
- Registers, maintains, and renews questions for recruitment software and enhances whenever necessary;
- Gathers assessment materials and performs necessary market research for new languages;
- Manages relationships between the company and freelancers;
- Spearheads annual events and gatherings with the freelancers;
- Observes compliance to defined company policies, procedures, and guidelines and drives continuous improvement; and
- Performs other function-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant experience
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- High attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Outstanding communication and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, exercising diplomacy and sound judgment
- Has a can-do spirit, innovative and creative, always looking for ways to improve efficiency at work
- Great interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, tact, and diplomacy when communicating with our external resources
- Amenable to working in shifting schedule
