The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for Retail Executive to join our Commercial Excellence team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, provide operational and administrative support for retail execution in Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT) and OTC channels, ensuring timely delivery of POSM, promotional materials, and in-store activation. The role focuses on flawless execution tracking, data consolidation, and coordination with internal and external partners to support trade marketing and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators Include
- POSM & Campaign Execution Support
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, agencies and suppliers for POSM development, production, and delivery to stores/distributors.
- Track POSM usage and ensure alignment with campaign timelines and guidelines.
- Support in-store and online execution of promotional programs, displays, and merchandising initiatives.
- Execution Tracking & Reporting
- Consolidate execution status reports from field teams, agencies, and distributors.
- Maintain up-to-date execution tracker for campaigns across MT and GT channels.
- Assist in compiling store photos, display compliance reports, and execution scorecards.
- Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing for trade marketing activities.
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure smooth operational flow for launches, promotions, and events.
- Manage stock control and replenishment for POSM, trade sampling and promotional premiums.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in retail operations, trade marketing support, or merchandising coordination (FMCG or Consumer Health is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
