Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop Teams : Supervise, mentor, and support career growth of operations staff across the country; set operational standards, KPIs, and development plans.
- Drive Operational Excellence : Plan and execute retail strategies, implement operational best practices, and monitor performance via dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Product & Visual Merchandising : Coordinate product displays, in-store materials, and merchandising to ensure consistency with brand standards and maximize sales.
- Manage Resources & Budget: Allocate resources efficiently, oversee operational expenses, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to align business strategies and support seamless execution.
- Analysis & Insight: Use data to identify trends, optimize operations, and implement improvements that enhance productivity, execution quality, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
- 6+ years in FMCG retail operations, trade marketing, or commercial roles with leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English
