What awaits you in this role
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Retail Sales Operation to join our Sales team. This role plays a key part in driving retail sales-out performance through effective PC management, data-driven sales analysis, and strong in-store execution. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product visibility, optimize frontline sales performance, and enhance overall retail productivity across nationwide stores.
1. Sales Drive & Analysis
- Drive sales out to achieve the assigned target.
- Review and set the sales out target into the system.
- Monitor, follow up, and drive sales out to achieve the target.
- Analyze sales data and create countermeasures to improve sales.
- Check, follow-up, and analyze the PC target, result, and expense control, always finding room to improve PC efficiency.
- Check & analyze data in the systems, e.g., sell-in, sell-out, POS, stock, display, and PC target.
- Analyze the sell-out result per head, per store, and store share.
- Analyze PC performance & efficiency monthly.
2. PC Management
- Manage frontline sales forces, including PC and PC Supervisor.
- Mutual planning with the sales team to select stores to fill PC.
- Work with an agency to recruit and fulfill PC quota at targeted stores.
- Lead, motivate, control, and manage PC Supervisors and PCs to drive sales out.
- Manage and control all PC expenses under the assigned budget (PC expense control).
- Sharpen PC's product knowledge and selling skill by cooperating with the PC trainer and Product Manager.
- Conduct Nationwide PC trainings & monthly trainings.
- Conduct an examination to evaluate PC knowledge, defining grouping to customize training for each PC level.
- Manage PC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability.
3. Display Management
- Monitor and control display in terms of both quantity and quality (Display monitor/Control).
- Enforce new product display and sales-out to meet KPI.
- Implement product display following the display plan from the sales team.
- Ensure that our product display has POP following the company's guideline.
- Conduct a report to evaluate monthly display quantity and quality.
4. Support and System Reporting
- Cooperate with the sales and marketing team to implement activity at the store.
- Prepare a monthly DPSI template (Display, Sell-out, Market Stock) for the Sales department.
- Conduct & development Management Information System and Information System
The position is an onsite position based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Office Location: WHA Bangna Business Complex (Close to Mega Bangna)
How do we describe a perfect match
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, or Field Sales Management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
- Experience managing frontline sales teams (PC / promoter) in modern trade or retail channels.
- Strong understanding of sales-out management, retail execution, and in-store display management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data, POS data, and reporting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and external agencies.
