Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end continuous improvement (CI) projects to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance metrics
- Facilitate and implement Lean tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED) across the organization
- Drive cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives aligned with business targets
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to implement process improvements
- Lead problem-solving workshops using structured methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, A3, 8D)
- Develop and track KPIs related to productivity, yield, downtime, and waste reduction
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and operators on CI tools and mindset
- Standardize best practices and ensure sustainability of improvements
- Support digital transformation initiatives and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles
- Proven track record in delivering measurable improvement projects
