The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to oversee daily revenue management operations and support the optimisation of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across the property portfolio.

This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with commercial and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily revenue management activities including pricing strategy, inventory control, and channel distribution.
  • Analyse market trends, pickup patterns, demand data, and competitor benchmarking to optimise pricing decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts, demand calendars, and performance reports.
  • Manage group pricing strategies and monitor third-party distribution channels.
  • Ensure revenue systems and booking channels operate effectively and in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Support implementation of revenue management initiatives and best practices across the property.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology including PMS, CRS, GDS and Channel Manager platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
