The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Revenue to support the Country Director of Revenue Management in shaping and executing cluster revenue strategies. This role plays a critical part in driving topline performance, optimizing distribution channels, and strengthening revenue capabilities across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Director of Revenue Management in developing and executing cluster revenue strategies to drive optimal business performance.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and potential risks, recommending strategic actions to maximise profitability.
  • Lead forecasting, distribution optimisation, and revenue analysis across assigned properties.
  • Provide market intelligence and performance insights to guide pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Guide hotel teams on revenue management best practices and strengthen revenue discipline across the portfolio.
  • Analyse market trends, demand patterns, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely withSales, Marketing, Operations, and Reservations teams to enhance revenue culture and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor performance against targets and recommend tactical initiatives to improve RevPAR, occupancy and ADR performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within international hospitality brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and revenue optimisation capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of hospitality systems including PMS, CRS, GDS and Channel Managers.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
