  • Drive strong action accountability and OTIF execution, ensuring S&OP decisions are translated into clearly owned actions and followed through across functions and regions
  • Lead the continuous development of a standardized and mature APAC S&OP operating model, including common processes, data views, KPIs, and performance management
  • Own the integrity, completeness, and consistency of S&OP data captured through standard planning templates, coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders including sales companies, factories, OEMs, supply planning, and finance
  • Ensure all weekly and monthly S&OP data collection, validation, consolidation, and submission activities are executed on time and in full, delivering reliable inputs and outputs required for governance, performance reporting, and decision‑making
  • Partner with IT and analytics teams to deploy and continuously improve utilization of SAP IBP capabilities, including RCCP, and factory production and allocation planning
  • Ensure high data quality, transparency, and a single source of truth for APAC S&OP insights through dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and simplification of S&OP processes and data flows to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision quality
  • Act as the regional S&OP lead, confidently engaging and influencing country, regional, and cross‑BA stakeholders in a complex matrix organization
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across Sales, Product Line, Supply Chain, Finance, Factory Operations, Purchasing, OEMs, Logistics, and IT teams
  • Support change management associated with new S&OP processes, tools, and ways of working, contributing to the ongoing development of integrated planning capabilities across APAC
