The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and business-driven talent to join our team as Sales Capability Development Officer / Senior Officer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, driving sales performance, and creating impactful learning experiences for frontline sales teams. You will play a key role in strengthening sales capabilities through training programs, field coaching, performance analysis, and strategic capability initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver training programs for Direct Sales teams
- Conduct onboarding and capability development sessions for new hires and existing teams
- Provide field coaching, on-the-job support, and performance feedback
- Analyze sales KPIs and training effectiveness
- Develop engaging learning materials (slides, guides, videos, digital tools)
- Partner closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams on capability improvement initiatives
- Support campaign communication, product updates, and strategic rollouts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in training, coaching, sales development, or related areas
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience in Direct Sales, B2C, Retail, or Subscription business is a plus
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action plans
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace
- Willing to travel upcountry regularly
- Thai nationality only
