What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Coordinator who will join our Sales team.

  • Support sales team in all coordination and documentation tasks
  • Prepare, record, and verify data accuracy, including tracking order and delivery status
  • Monitor and resolve issues in the sales process, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and update data in the SAP system
  • Handle RTV coordination with retailers and internal departments
  • Prepare, submit, and track Credit Notes (CN) and related documents
  • Monitor CN outstanding and ensure timely billing process
  • Support preparation of budget approval and expense documents
  • Verify accuracy of CN and discount-related documentation
  • Coordinate Display Discount / special pricing approvals
  • Manage DC booking schedules and logistics coordination
  • Resolve delivery issues with warehouse and transport teams
  • Generate and update daily sell-out reports
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and customers

The position is an onsite position based in Bangna,Bangkok Thailand.

Office Location: WHA Bangna Business Complex

How do we describe a perfect match

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in sales support / sales coordinator / sales admin
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot, basic formulas, data handling)
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Service-minded with strong teamwork attitude
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle urgent situations
