Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with vendors and customers on purchase Orders
  • Order processing, invoicing and delivery arrangements
  • Assist in the daily logistical related issues
  • Manage and coordinate shipments
  • Manage order documentation processing and control item-wise inventory allocation
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, manage freight account
  • Preparation of shipment documentation including shipment instructions, certificates, LC documentation etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Possess bachelor's degree
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP system will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
