SAP Project System (PS) Consultant – S/4HANA
We are seeking a skilled SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to lead the design and delivery of project-based financial and operational solutions within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise and experience leading project workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end SAP PS solutions
- Provide expert consulting on project structuring, cost planning, budgeting, and project execution processes
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) implementation and configuration
- Develop and manage work plans, task delegation, and delivery timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Drive issue resolution and propose effective solutions to complex challenges
- Ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices
- Oversee integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.)
- Lead and mentor team members, supporting capability development
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver clear presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PS or S/4HANA Project System implementation
- At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or senior role
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Project System implementations
- SAP S/4HANA Certification is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project structuring (WBS, Networks)
- Project costing and revenue recognition
- Integration with FI/CO (costing, settlement), MM (procurement), SD (billing)
