We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development professional to join our team and support business growth through new opportunities, team development, and channel expansion.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Develop and strengthen the sales team to achieve business targets.
2.Collaborate with Sales Managers to define sales strategies and goals.
3. Coach, train, and provide guidance on sales techniques to improve team performance.
4.Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
5.Identify, analyze, and acquire new potential target customers.
6.Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
7.Contact prospects, present products/services, and generate new business revenue.
8.Analyze existing sales channels and explore opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications.
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. 23 years of experience in Sales or Business Development. (FMCG)
3.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4.Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
5.Creative mindset with a positive, results-oriented attitude.
6.Willingness to work across assigned areas or travel as required.
7.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8.Familiar with Google Maps, My Maps, and Google Earth.
