Manage key industrial clients such as manufacturing plants, airports, rail systems, shipyards, marine fleets, and government-related projects.
Build and strengthen relationships with large industrial groups, energy companies, and heavy-industry customers across Thailand and ASEAN.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead overall sales strategy, operations, and team management for industrial .
- Drive market development, expand project opportunities, and focus on revenue growth across Thailand and ASEAN markets.
- Develop key account plans and manage stakeholder relationships with major industrial clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with top management and cross-functional teams to improve sales performance, manage budgets, and ensure delivery of P&L targets.
- Provide leadership to large sales teams supporting factory visits, client presentations, and major project negotiations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong senior-level leadership with a minimum of 15 years in management within industrial, chemical, coatings, or heavy-industry sectors.
- Proven experience in sales operations, managing large industrial customers, and leading sizable technical sales teams.
- Experience in international business, with exposure to ASEAN markets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with major industrial clients; background in chemical products for construction and heavy industries is a must.
- Fluent in Thai and English
