Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead and expand real estate sales operations in Thailand. This role is ideally suited to a senior sales professional with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property, looking to relocate and take on a strategic leadership position in a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth across residential and/or commercial real estate portfolios
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment channels within the Thai market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform strategy and pricing
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and lead generation campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and industry standards
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within real estate (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
  • Strong experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals
  • In-depth understanding of real estate markets, ideally with exposure to international or emerging markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Experience working with developers, investors, or property funds is highly advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Thailand or to be already located there
