KPI Delivery & Business Management: Own CN seller cluster KPI delivery (monthly/quarterly) by setting direction, managing performance cadence and risks, and driving execution across KAM and Campaign teams.
Incremental Growth & Team Value Creation
Identify cluster-level growth opportunities using data (seller segmentation, category trends, adoption gaps, conversion bottlenecks).
Translate insights into executable programs and campaigns (priority tracks, incubation, resource allocation, playbooks) and scale best practices.
Planning, Governance & Cross-functional Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and governance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, and drive cross-functional alignment to remove blockers and secure resources.
Performance Optimization: Lead post-mortems and continuous optimization; improve dashboards, metric definitions, and operating processes to increase decision speed and execution quality.
Requirements
Fluent Mandarin and strong working English.
Strong data-driven mindset and structured problem solving; able to do target breakdown, forecasting, and post-mortems.
Proven ability to build strategies and convert them into programs with measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and ownership across multiple teams and timelines.
People management experience in e-commerce / marketplace roles (KAM, Category, BD).
