All about the role:
As Country Sales Director, you will be a key member of the Thailand Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will
lead and inspire the Retail Sales organization across Modern Trade and General Trade, driving sustainable growth and market share expansion. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences in a highly competitive environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead & Drive Performance: Provide strong leadership to the Retail Sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute channel strategies for Modern Trade and General Trade, ensuring alignment with Electrolux's long-term business objectives.
- Joint Business Planning (JBP): Drive JBP with key partners and lead account planning for all customers, ensuring strong business partnerships that go beyond sales numbers to deliver sell-out growth, service level improvements, retail expansion, and differentiation initiatives.
- Omni-Channel Excellence: For key retailers, drive sales excellence across physical retail stores and their E-Commerce platforms (including omni-channel and marketplace stores) to maximize consumer reach and engagement.
- Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and prioritize initiatives that strengthen Electrolux's presence nationwide.
- Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners, negotiating win-win agreements that drive mutual profitability and brand visibility.
- Sales Excellence: Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets effectively, and improve sales forecast accuracy through data-driven insights and collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Trade operation (Retail Excellence) teams to deliver impactful in-store activations and consumer experiences.
- People Leadership: Build a high-performing sales organization by developing talent, enhancing capabilities, and fostering team engagement and resilience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitor activities and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, with at least 6 years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Exposure to consumer durable goods or appliance industry preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel retail sales and driving omni-channel growth with key retail partners.
