Role Overview:
The Sales Director (Thailand), based in Bangkok, will oversee the companys operations and sales activities across the country. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through equipment, accessories, consumables, spare parts, rental, and service contracts. It requires a strategic leader who can expand distributor and customer networks, build long-term partnerships, and deliver consistent business performance aligned with regional expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve commercial objectives and long-term growth in Thailand.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans in line with company targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent revenue performance across all business areas.
- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the local team, creating a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, hospitality groups, and F&B chain operators to increase market penetration and customer loyalty.
- Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive the growth of rental and service contract portfolios to secure recurring revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
- Analyze business challenges, recommend practical solutions, and implement initiatives to ensure operational excellence and sustainable profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business management, including several years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing commercial operations within the hospitality, F&B, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset with experience in handling complex projects.
- Based in Bangkok with readiness to travel domestically and regionally as required.
