Sales Engineer
On-site, Based in Bangkok, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations and customer engagement in Bangkok Metropolitan Region
- Proactively grow and qualify the customer database to align with targeted market segments.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on sales inquiries and leads, delivering timely and professional responses to customer needs.
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate solutions and applications that meet their requirements.
- Enhance market presence and product visibility, manage customer projects, and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain and nurture existing accounts, regularly updating the sales pipeline to reflect current opportunities.
- Update and qualify CRM data in accordance with corporate sales targets and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, planning strategic visits, and executing sales calls.
- Build strong client rapport to understand current and future customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team Leader to support marketing initiatives, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Sales experience with analytical instruments in industries such as power generation is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with water purification systems is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge in liquid and gas in-line process analytical instruments, with the ability to provide relevant support and solutions.
- Proficient in English communication and public speaking is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the country and overseas as required.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and own car.
