Sales Engineer

Suntar is a separation and filtration specialist listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Currently, we're hiring a Sales Engineer to drive our sales efforts. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with good people skills as we seek to replicate our past successes in new geographies. You'll be given opportunities to help build and lead a global sales team as we seek to expand our international presence.

Job Description:

• Formulate strong, long-term business relationships with customers
• Perform analysis of projects and propose solutions that best meet customer needs
• Prepare tender documents for proposal submission and track customer follow-up
• Conduct market research and BD visits
• Identify new opportunities and initiate relationships with potential customers, including distribution companies
• Attend regional trade shows and expos to promote Suntar and its products
• Work closely with the customers sales team to service downstream customers
• Provide clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities to management

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Engineering
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in the membrane/water industry
• Excellent in both time management and project managements
• Able to communicate in English (intermediate level, both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
