Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the electrical testing solutions industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical challenges and commercial objectives by delivering high-performance solutions from leading brands such as Megger, Fluke, and Kikusui to our diverse customer base, while supporting continued market expansion and customer growth.

What You'll be Doing

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Technical Consultations: perform accurate technical assessments to recommend the most suitable products and systems for client-specific applications.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Present and propose high-performance solutions to key stakeholders across industrial sectors, government agencies, and contractors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships through regular on-site visits and a deep understanding of customer operational needs.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Work closely with internal Application Engineering teams and overseas manufacturers to deliver integrated solutions that meet exacting technical standards.
  • Tender Management: Identify and pursue bidding opportunities in both public and private sectors, managing the process from initial proposal through successful result.

Your Professional Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven Expertise: 35 years of experience in technical sales; experience in the testing and measurement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret electrical systems and communicate technical specifications with precision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to long-term customer success.
