What You Will Handle
- Identify and acquire new customers for the OMS platform by building a strong sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities with e-commerce sellers.
- Present and demonstrate the OMS platform to potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage and track sales opportunities, pipeline, and revenue performance through the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
- Continuously provide market feedback and insights to improve the product offering and sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience selling SaaS, e-commerce platforms, or digital solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Pink Line MRT: Chaeng Watthana 14 station Exit on the Big C side and take a motorcycle taxi from there.
