About the client

Our client is a leading regional Strategy consulting company with multiple portfolio companies in the HR/Recruitment/HR Tech.

About the role

As they expand their operations in Thailand, they are looking for a driven Sales Executive to build and grow their HR/SaaS business.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for a commercially sharp, energetic sales professional who wants real ownership, regional exposure, and the chance to grow fast in the HR tech space.

What this really means is you will be at the front line of their Thailand expansion, opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities across their suite of solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new business development across Thailand for their SaaS and recruitment solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Identify client needs and position the right solution across portfolio companies
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing
  • Work closely with the CEO on market strategy and growth priorities
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and demos

Who They Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both required)
  • Based in Bangkok and open to hybrid work
  • Hungry, proactive, and comfortable in a fast moving environment
  • Confident speaking with leaders, founders, and business stakeholders
  • Self driven with strong ownership mindset
  • Prior exposure to HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment solutions is a strong advantage
