Company Description Lazudi is a leading name in Thailand's real estate market, and our Holiday Home Management division is scaling fast. We manage a premium portfolio of villas and apartments across Thailand's top destinations. We need a hungry, proactive, and organised local Sales Executive to scale our listing acquisitions on the ground in Pattaya.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pattaya. The Sales Executive primary mission is simple: get as many high-quality short-term rental listings onto our management platform as possible. This is not an admin role or a passive desk job. You will be on the phone, going on site visits, and in front of property owners every day. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective owners, qualifying leads, presenting short-term holiday rental and property management options. The Sales Executive will also use Lazudi's technology tools and CRM systems to track activities, report on performance, and deliver a consistent, high-quality owner experience.
