Job Description:
- Manage and grow existing customer to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Maintain and develop good support with customer in person, calls and emails
- Visit customer regularly to make good relationship
- Account management (Quality issue ,PCN, EOL , New projects, Agreements, Quotation, etc)
- Check the latest market, customer production, demand trend, plan quantity for the revenue forecast
- Share the customer information and situation with supplier member (Marketing team)
- Stock level management to avoid aging stock/deadstock
- Handle AR discrepancies
- System registration, update and input data (new part, New customer, Price change, Exchange rate change , customer profile change, etc.)
- Address a d coordinate all customer's inquiries
- Improve overall business flow for each customer
Qualification & Requirement:
- Degree holder
- Work experience is 2-3 years (if possible) field in sales or sales coordinate in a Semiconductor business or similar industry.
- Proficiency in English language, if knowledge in Japanese will be an added advantage (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening skills)
- Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous with positive working attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
