We are enteringThailandand looking for asharp, energetic, and motivated local Business Development Partnerto help us introduce our high-quality products to the right distributors.

Your Responsibilities

Phase 1 Remote & Pre-Travel

You will:

Research top laboratory equipment distributors and trading companies

Call/Email potential decision-makers to present our brand and visit them

(if necessary)

Arrangeconfirmedsales meetings (with date, time & contact person)

Provide weekly progress reporting

Coordinatelogisticsfor our visit

You will work closely with our India team full guidance and pitch training will be provided.

Phase 2 On-Ground Business Meetings

You will:

Accompany our representative from India for all scheduled meetings

Support withThai Englishcommunication + negotiation

Represent the brand as thelocal face of MVTEX

Helpfinalizedeals, pricing discussions & follow-ups

Your success here can convert into a long-term engagement.

WhoWe'reLooking For

  • Based inVietnam& willing to travel nationwide
  • Fluent in Thai + English
  • Experience insales / business development(preferred)
  • Confident communicator with convincing personality
  • Professional work attitude & reliability
  • Comfortable working alongside a male/female colleague from India

Our payment structure ensuresboth sides are protected:

Phase 1 Securing Confirmed Meetings

  • You are paidper confirmed meeting(Example:20-30 USDper confirmed meeting)
  • Payment released in yourbank account every 5 confirmed meetings
  • Minimum goal:20 confirmed meetingsacross key cities

Phase 2 Travel + Meeting Support

  • Daily allowance incashduring travel for:
  • Local travel
  • Bonus incentivesfor successful distributor onboarding

No target achievement = no loss for you

Higher performance = higher earnings
