Job Description

We are not looking for Account Managers who wait for the phone to ring. We are looking for Huntersproactive sales professionals who thrive on discovering opportunities, breaking into new markets, and closing complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Aggressive New Business Acquisition

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process from initial cold contact to final contract execution.
  • Lead Independence: Meet and exceed meeting quotas independently, without relying on marketing-generated leads.

2. Consultative & Solution-Based Selling

  • Needs Discovery: Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand client pain points and business objectives.
  • Tailor-Made Proposals: Design and present strategic, ROI-focused solutions that address specific client challenges (avoiding one-size-fits-all pitches).
  • Value-Based Negotiation: Win deals based on business impact and strategic partnership rather than competing on price or discounts.

3. Sales Discipline & CRM Excellence

  • Activity Metrics: Maintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, and proposals) to ensure consistent pipeline coverage.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Diligently track all activities and lead stages in the CRM to analyze conversion rates and optimize performance.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Provide reliable sales forecasts based on disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B Sales (A proven track record in metric-driven sales roles will give you a significant edge.).
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of exceeding quotas in new customer acquisition.
  • Resilience: High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle rejection and persist until the goal is met.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; able to command a room and influence C-level executives.
  • Ownership: A no-excuses mindset regarding KPI targets and activity tracking.
