Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bangkok City, Thailand, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role includes actively engaging in client meetings and presentations, developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and preparing detailed proposals. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Negotiations, and Business Development
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to create and deliver effective Sales Presentations and Proposals
• Analytical skills for forecasting and meeting sales targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction or steel structure industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus
