This business unit is a global leader in providing advanced technology for electronic assembly and packaging. With over 40 years of experience, the unit focuses on high-precision solutions that ensure the reliability and performance of sensitive electronic components.

For this Sales manager (Electronics department) :

This role is tasked with spearheading sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and accelerating business growth within the region. This role supports the Strategic Focus Market Leader in implementing sales strategies that align with company growth framework and commercial standards.

The business unit primarily serves high-growth industries such as semiconductors, mobile devices, automotive electronics, and LED/Solar manufacturing

Job description

  • Execute sales strategies within the assigned territory as directed by the market leader for specific segments.
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities in high-potential sub-segments to drive growth.
  • Track local market trends, technology roadmaps, and regulations to stay ahead of future customer needs.
  • Manage key customer accounts directly by applying disciplined strategic focus.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and executive levels.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with major clients to secure business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Partner with distributors on joint business planning, focusing on sales targets and pipeline health.
  • Evaluate distributor performance using key metrics and ensure they are properly trained on products.
  • Oversee pricing governance and deal registration to maintain healthy margins across all sales channels.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and demand projections to ensure business visibility.
  • Collaborate with service and application engineers to manage equipment trials and technical demonstrations.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer to ensure their requirements are met internally.
  • Communicate market intelligence and competitor activity to leadership to help refine business strategies.
  • Maintain all corporate ethics and compliance standards while keeping customer data updated in the CRM.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field
  • Minimum 8+ years in sales within the electronics, automation, semiconductor-related industries
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on market expansion and business growth.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales operations within fast-paced manufacturing or tech environments.
  • Good command in English and Thai (Report to overseas hiring manager)
