Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with management strategies, promotional activities, and initiatives designed to boost revenue generation.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting in the CRM system.
Client Engagement: Support the team in closing high-value deals and building key client relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to drive sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to set targets, track performance, and drive results.
Experience in luxury retail or interior design sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Availability to work weekends with weekday off days.
