Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Food Solutions business in Thailand. This role will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence within the food industrial market such as farm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Food Solutions segment
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within food processing, storage, and related industries
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
  • Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs (e.g., humidity control, air treatment systems)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
