Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager Food Ingredients to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our customer base in the food manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of food ingredients and B2B food solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify new business opportunities in food manufacturing and industrial sectors
• Promote and sell the company's food ingredient portfolio
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and distributors
• Provide technical support in collaboration with R&D and product specialists
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and internal teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in sales of food ingredients, additives, flavors, or related B2B food products
• Strong technical understanding of food applications and ingredient functionality
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own car and valid driving license
