Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ban Chang. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance. The Sales Manager will also monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve targets.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for establishing and maintaining client relationships and finalizing contracts.
  • Analytical and Market Analysis skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities to guide teams and ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing pipelines and tracking performance.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in real estate, travel, or investment sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and equity investment concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
