We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand our pet accessories business. You will have the playing field to drive growth your way from managing distributors to launching new products and setting the go-to-market roadmap. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales function in Thailand, with the authority to set and execute strategy
- Manage distributors and strengthen channel partnerships across the country
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team of 20 people
- Drive business growth through aggressive sales targets and market share expansion
- Spearhead new product development and launches, ensuring market attention and adoption
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure business success
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience with a proven record of delivering double-digit YoY growth
- Background in pet accessories / pet products (or adjacent with distributor-heavy sales)
- Hands-on experience in distributor management and channel development
- Strong expertise in new product development and launch strategies
- Leadership experience managing teams and driving collaboration across functions
- A sales-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, hungry to grow and scale a business
