This role is responsible for managing sales within a defined area. The individual will drive business development, establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distribution partners, and provide high-quality support and education around product offerings. Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential partners
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Support clients through education, training, and product knowledge
- Maximize market penetration through ethical and consultative sales approaches
Business Development
- Define and implement a strong growth strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust plans for optimal outcomes
- Promote products as industry-leading solutions
- Identify high-potential segments and tailor sales strategies accordingly
Sales Execution & Planning
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Create and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting and reporting
- Take full ownership of the sales function as a business unit
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals and overcome obstacles
Training & Support
- Deliver product training and coaching for clients and colleagues
- Stay current with industry developments and innovations
- Participate in internal training programs and support educational initiatives
Key Performance Indicators

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing distributors or key accounts
- Strong presentation and sales planning capabilities
- Degree-level education preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- High ethical standards, adaptability, and a passion for innovation
