Sales Manager – Logistics (Air & Sea Freight)
Location: Thailand
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development in international logistics (Air & Sea Freight). This role is ideal for a strong hunter with a proven track record in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for air and sea freight services across key industries.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, shippers, and partners.
- Provide customized logistics solutions based on customer requirements and supply chain needs.
- Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure competitive and feasible proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic account management.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales (Air & Sea Freight).
- Strong network with import/export clients in Thailand.
- Proven track record in hunting new clients and closing deals.
- Good understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and supply chain solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
