Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Growth & Business Development
- Drive Sales Expansion: Lead the growth of animal feed ingredient sales across Vietnam, ensuring ambitious targets are met.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to execute a localized sales strategy tailored to the Vietnam market dynamics.
2. Strategic Account & Channel Management
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with Key Accounts (major feed mills), strategic distributors, and new customers.
- Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure maximum market coverage and service quality.
3. Commercial & Financial Excellence
- Negotiation Leadership: Lead complex commercial negotiations, ensuring outcomes align with agreed pricing structures and margin frameworks.
- Financial Discipline: Protect profit margins, manage credit/payment terms, and strictly support working capital discipline (debtor management).
- Operational Accuracy: Deliver precise sales forecasting, regular reporting, and oversee the end-to-end order execution process for a seamless customer experience.
Experience
- Industry Expertise: Solid background in B2B sales, specifically within Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Feed Ingredients, or Commodities.
- Proven Performance: A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and business KPIs.
- Commercial Versatility: Prior experience in Trading, Wholesale, or Import/Export is highly advantageous.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable and effective in navigating a fast-paced, international business environment.
