Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across all channels to achieve company targets
• Lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams
• Manage key accounts including Modern Trade, caf chains, and independent outlets
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop sales strategies
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management
• Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account, or Sales Management
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Modern Trade is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strategic mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Own a car with a valid driver's license and able to travel to meet customers
