About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager - Sales to drive enterprise business growth for Oriserve's AI Voice Bot and Conversational AI platform. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, understanding business challenges, demonstrating our AI solutions, leading commercial discussions, and owning the customer journey until successful implementation and post Pilot go live.

Why This Role Exists

Enterprise AI sales require consultative selling, solution discovery, and close collaboration with Product, Delivery, Engineering, and Finance. This role ensures every qualified opportunity is converted into a successful, revenue-generating customer while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise business opportunities across BFSI, Telecom, Insurance, Automotive, Retail and other enterprise sectors.
  • Lead customer discovery meetings to understand business objectives and identify automation opportunities.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and position Oriserve's AI Voice Bot and Chatbot solutions.
  • Work with Pre-Sales, Product and Delivery teams to design the right solution for customer requirements.
  • Own proposal creation, commercials, negotiations, contracts and deal closure. Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Track implementation milestones until Go-Live and subsequent hypercare in early stages Build long-term executive relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting.

What You Need

  • 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales, SaaS Sales or Solution Consulting.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology/software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams.
  • High ownership, customer-first mindset and execution excellence.

Good to Have

Experience with AI, Conversational AI, Chatbots or Voice Bots.

Exposure to APIs, CRM platforms or enterprise software.

Experience managing enterprise accounts from discovery through onboarding.
