Job Purpose:
Lead and drive national OTC sales performance through effective sales strategy, team leadership, channel expansion, distributor management, and execution excellence across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategy by territory, channel, and product category.
- Drive market share growth and profitable expansion.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Sales Representatives.
- Set KPIs and performance expectations.
- Conduct field coaching and performance reviews.
- Build high-performance sales culture.
Channel Management
- Manage pharmacy chains, wholesalers, distributors, and modern trade partners.
- Strengthen key account relationships with major customers.
- Negotiate annual commercial agreements and promotions.
Business Planning
- Prepare sales forecast, budget, incentive plans, and territory structure.
- Analyze sales data and recommend actions.
- Identify new growth opportunities and white spaces.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years sales experience with minimum 3 years people management.
- Strong OTC / Consumer Health / FMCG experience in Thailand.
- Experience handling pharmacy chain / modern trade channel preferred.
