Job Position: Sales Manager (Focus in Thailand and SEA)
Location: Chonburi
Working Day and Time: Mon - Fri, 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients on new segment opportunities around Southeast Asia Pacific area.
- Prospect, unite and build loyalty to distributors and installers around our large and extensive product portfolio.
- Develop sales on the actual company customers by increasing the number of product lines ordered.
- Negotiate sales contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support technically our customers on their sales opportunity by quoting the appropriate product in respect to the pricing policy shared and define between the Managing Director and yourself.
- Listening prospects and customers requirements, to communicate inputs to the technical offices and product manager for new product lines development.
- Make and give presentation to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Ensure the sales deployment of new product lines.
- Report your sales activity inside our internal CRM – and qualified opportunities.
- Identify, and in support with the technical manager, create and catch OEM opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
- 5 years or above of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Solution Sales, or any related
- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, especially on Compressed Air business or Refrigeration business.
- Problem solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with sizing, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing client
