Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage a defined portfolio of distributors independently, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met, with periodic reviews by the Team Lead.
2.Lead business reviews for assigned accounts; propose corrective actions for underperformance sales.
3.Recommend distributor terminations or expansions based on performance metrics.
4.Collaborate with Team Lead to adjust pricing or marketing strategies for specific products/regions.
5.Identify and onboard new distributors in underserved markets (lead due diligence, with senior support and approval).
6.Develop basic clinical KOL networks to support product adoption in collaboration with marketing.
7.Conduct field training and attend national and international fairs.
8.Travel often to support the distributors and identify business needs or growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
1.Bachelor's degree in Health Science Business or related field; 3–5 years of sales/distributor management experience.
2.Proven ability to achieve sales targets in healthcare, sportmed, or similar industries.
3.Experience working in matrix organizations is a plus.
4.Fluent in English; cross-cultural awareness.
5.Problem solving mindset, able to troubleshoot distributor daily distributor needs with minimal supervision. Requires oversight for strategic decisions.
