Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive offline sales growth for our cosmetics brand in Thailand. This role will be responsible for developing and managing key offline accounts such as Watsons, Boots, and other modern trade, pharmacy, and specialty retail channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing cosmetics brands in the Thai market and a proven track record in offline customer acquisition and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence in Thailand
- Identify, acquire, and manage key offline customers including Watsons, Boots, and other relevant retail partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, promotions, listings, and in-store activities
- Coordinate with marketing and brand teams to plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor sales performance, sell-in and sell-out data, and provide regular reports and insights to management
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and trade marketing expenditures
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising standards and brand guidelines at point of sale
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 57 years of experience in offline sales within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry
- Proven experience managing cosmetics brands in the Thai market
- Strong hands-on experience with offline channels such as Watsons, Boots, pharmacies, or specialty beauty retailers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Able to communicate in English fluently (spoken and written)
- No gender limitation

- Proven work experience with references or background verification available
Special Consideration
- Candidates with their own private car will be given special consideration
- Candidates residing near or able to conveniently commute to Bangna area will be given special consideration
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong network with key buyers and decision-makers in offline retail channels
- Experience launching or scaling cosmetics brands in offline retail environments
- Good understanding of Thai beauty market trends and consumer behavior
