Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and market expansion in Thailand. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales performance across key customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels in Thailand.
  • Drive market growth by positioning and promoting the company's products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies to increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and provide regular business updates.
  • Support tenders, bids, and commercial submissions through authorized partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with company objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring partner compliance and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Participate in project implementation and ensure successful customer adoption of products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets, financial objectives, and key performance milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in capital-intensive equipment or solutions.
  • Experience in the automation industry, preferably within healthcare or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience managing projects and investment goods calculations/business cases.
  • Established network and relationships within the healthcare and/or industrial sectors in Thailand.
  • Experience with Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS) and Pharmacy Automation solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand and support business activities as required.
