Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bangkok, offering flexibility with some work-from-home options. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts by developing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales budgets, supervising sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term client partnerships. The role also includes tracking market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Effective Team Leadership, Organizational, and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English with additional language skills as an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the architectural or interior hardware industry preferred
